You can measure a ring you already own or measure your finger at home, then match it to the chart below.

How to Measure

Option 1:

Measure a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits you comfortably and measure the inside diameter (in mm). Compare it to the chart below.

Option 2:

Measure your finger

Wrap a thin piece of thread snugly around the base of your finger, not too loose. Mark where the thread meets, then measure the length in mm and compare it with the chart above.

Helpful Tips

• If you’re unsure about your size, you can use the ring size chart below
• For the most accurate fit, measure when your fingers feel “normal” , not very cold, swollen, or right after exercise or heat.
